This prestigious event will feature our esteemed award winners, along with our distinguished speakers, all of whom have made significant contributions to the field of leadership and coaching.

Once again we will be honouring coaches and leaders in the following Award categories:

• PRISM: in recognition of corporations and their coaches who have exhibited excellence in building a coaching culture and creating measurable impact.
• Lifetime Achievement: honouring the lifetime contribution of an individual or business who has significantly contributed through their leadership to the growth of the coaching profession locally, nationally, or globally.
• Volunteer of the Year: recognizing volunteers at the individual or team level who have significantly contributed to the growth of the chapter and the advancement of the coaching profession.

Additionally, we are thrilled to have a terrific lineup of speakers who will engage us all in an interactive keynote and panel discussion that explores the energy we need to truly activate our leadership and spark authentic belonging.

Our speakers include:

• Carl Oxholm: Author of Biology of Leadership and renowned expert in unlocking human potential.
• Alison Staples: Chief People Officer at March of Dimes, dedicated to empowering individuals and communities.
• Kevin Johnson: CEO at GroupM, visionary leader shaping the future of marketing and media.
