Alicia Saint
President

Alicia@icftoronto.com

I am honoured to have been your President since March 2022, I look forward to continuing to contribute and strengthen this amazing ICFTO community. My mission, working alongside the Board, is to deepen our sense of community, connection and belonging by embedding EDI into the fabric of our chapter. We aspire to be a chapter that welcomes and values all, who supports and strengthens the impact of our aspiring and credentialed coaches and our profession, who gives back to our community and continues to build a sustainable, thriving chapter well into the future. I joined this Board in 2019 in a newly created position of "Corporate Outreach" and as lead of our ICF Annual Awards program. During this time, we built partnerships with HRPA and ACMP, both professional associations leading change management in organizations. The ACMP partnership continues today, as I remain a member of the ICF/ACMP Global Taskforce. In 2020, we expanded our Annual Awards program to be more expansive and inclusive, adding Lifetime Achievement Award, Partner of the Year and Individual Contributor Award. Our ICFTO awards program recognizes and celebrates the impact of our members and partners across all fields of ICF certified coaching.

Leslie Shank
Vice President; Co-director Marketing & Communications

leslie@icftoronto.com

I am a transformation leader, PCC coach, and passionate volunteer. With over 35 years of business experience, I have worked with diverse organizations and teams to increase leadership effectiveness and impact. My business expertise draws from leading sales teams, building profitable organizations, and creating client value. That acumen has earned me swift credibility and license to inspire new perspectives, commitments and actions. My purpose is to activate the leader in all of us and help each of us be the best leader we can be - even beyond what we think is possible.

I have been an active volunteer with ICF Toronto over the years. In the early 2000s I was the Director of Marketing and Communications for two years with the ICF Toronto Board, In 2019-2020, I co-led the ICF Toronto Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy committee, and then joined the Board in 2021. As the Board Secretary and Co-Director of Transformation and Governance, I’ve been deeply involved in embedding EDI in our Board’s processes and governance, and leading through change with technology and culture. This is important work, and it is my hope that the membership will support my continued efforts to work with our Board.

Beth Easton
Co-director EDI

Beth@icftoronto.com

It’s an honour to be invited to serve on the ICF Toronto Chapter Board of Directors. As a member of the EDI Committee, I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the Chapter's EDI and anti-racism goals and commitments and to join with others to continue to move this work forward. As a coach working with established and emerging leaders, increasing the capacity of coaches to truly embody DEI and anti-racism in their coaching practices, and my own, is a priority for me. I look forward to collaborating with Chapter members and Board colleagues to more fully integrate DEI and anti-racism in all that we do in partnership with those whom we serve.
