Lucy Shenouda, MCC, ACTC (Lead Judge)

Lucy Shenouda is founder of FosterEssence Inc. and a leadership coach, systemic team coach and coach supervisor. With deep understanding of business processes, Lucy fosters coaching conversations on operational excellence, team alignment, and resilient leadership. As a corporate professional, Lucy held leadership roles in marketing and strategic planning. With Fortune and Global 500 organizations in the MENA region, she actively partnered with brand ambassadors in Egypt, India, Lebanon, Nigeria, Indonesia, and the GCC. Lucy co-led learning integration of stellar brand and people experiences for Unilever, McDonald's, Nestlé and Showtime Arabia (now OSN). Lucy hosts online live speaker sessions, provides pro-bono coaching for Up With Women and coaching.com Foundation (formerly EthicalCoach), is an advisor for the Durham College International Business Program, and a published author.

She feels honoured and privileged to be of service to our coach community, to recognize the unique contributions, influences and rigour that leads to real and lasting impact across leader, team organizational and systemic levels.

Patricia Andraos, MBA, ACC

Patricia Andraos is an explorer – a multilingual, passionate world citizen that continually challenges herself to learn, experience and grow. As a Communication and Business Coach she encourages leaders to do the same; believing strongly that a growth mindset is the key to success. Patricia is a BOLD and progressive strategic thinker, with over 20 years creating uniquely effective marketing communication strategies, leadership and employee engagement programs, and highly successful live corporate events for Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, automotive, technology, finance, and retail sectors, to name a few.

In her personal coaching practice, Patricia works with corporate leaders, sales teams, aspiring managers, and entrepreneurs to explore effective and engaging communication techniques for business and personal growth, instilling the confidence and skillset needed for success.

As Coaching Director for a global Customer Experience Consultancy, Patricia works in partnership with Business Owners and CX Leaders, to design and deliver customized management & frontline coaching programs that will accelerate and support the creation of consistent transformational experiences across their customer journey. Patricia is an experienced business professional and certified coach who knows and understands Customer Experience fundamentals and how to use this understanding to support the development of Leaders and the engagement of individuals and teams to drive verifiable business results.

Patricia is excited to roll up her sleeves and dig into the award submissions that detail the unique contributions and impact that her fellow Coaches are making in the incredible work that they are doing.

Leanna Barwick

Leanna Barwick is a Toronto based coach (PCC) and creative practitioner who designs and produces immersive events and experiential learning programs for personal and professional development. Leanna leads co-design process-oriented workshops that focus on organizational human system design and operational business system design; values based strategic visioning, planning and accountability; emotional, social, relational and creative intelligence capacity building, and collaborative skills training.

Leanna graduated from Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) University receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Design with honors (BDes, 2023) from the Digital Futures program, specializing in game development and user experience design, new media communications and emerging technology. Since graduating.

Leanna currently serves as President and Chair of the Board of Directors for Dames Making Games (DMG), an organization committed to exploring how our community of structurally marginalized artists, collectives, technologists, and DIY creators working in play – can change the systems that keep our voices out of tech and game spaces. Leanna is excited to participate as a jury member and support the ICF Toronto Annual Awards for the opportunity to witness and tap into the excellence, range and diversity of professional coaches across our community. In her time serving on the awards panel, Leanna hopes to bring fresh or unconventional perspectives that offer constructive insight, challenge the status quo and make space for the less heard from voices in professional coaching.

Ann Fogolin, BEd, MCC

Ann approaches each coaching engagement with a direct, open, intuitive style. With a practised art of listening—not just for words but for the feelings and energy behind them—she quickly melds observation, thought-provoking insight and creative support. She specializes in coaching visionary leaders, executives and collaborative work teams, as well as mentoring experienced coaches.

Ann serves as a faculty member with three coach training schools, including UT Dallas Executive Coaching Masters program, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) assessor and trainer of aspiring assessor coaches. She also serves on the Association for Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) ethics committee. Ann's mission is to empower her clients to live their best lives and her commitment of personal and professional mastery is demonstrated through the coaching and mentoring of new and experienced coaches. 

As Founder of Becuz I Matter, Ann works with organizations and the individuals who comprise them to achieve increased focus and productivity, manage time, hone problem-solving skills and become stronger communicators. 

Honoured to be the first recipient of the individual contributor award, Ann believes this award represents the values of the ICF - demonstrating responsibility to the profession and its continued enhancement, a deep commitment to this community and support in its growth, being a representative of who we are as coaches and the difference we make in the world by being integrous individuals in all walks of life and the mindset we commit to that allows all to be seen and embraced for who they are in the world regardless of what may make us different.

Being involved with the ICF Toronto chapter provides each of us opportunities to demonstrate these values.

Rachel Levy, PCC

As a seasoned Certified Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, Rachel is known for her ability to form strong partnerships with her clients and assist leaders grow their adaptive capacity. As a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, Rachel uses her depth and breadth of corporate experience to help her clients gain insights into new possibilities for increased effectiveness. Acting as a sounding board and confidant as they undergo and lead change, Rachel helps guide her clients through periods of increased complexity and demands to successfully attain their goals. She brings heart to each coaching engagement, coupled with strong business acumen. Rachel is known for driving enhanced awareness leading to increased behavioral change with increased positive cascading impact and influence.

As a new Judge for the ICF Toronto 2024 Awards, Rachel is excited to contribute to the evolution, growth and prominence of all types of coaching that the ICF supports. She hopes to add a collaborative and diverse voice to positively evaluate and advise the future award winners.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science, Rachel is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by International Coaching Federation. Rachel holds numerous certifications including Leadership Circle Profile™, Birkman’s Signature Solutions™, Immunity to Change™, Conversational Intelligence™, Neuroscience of Change ™ and Global Team Coaching Institute™.

Paula Mendonça, ACC

Paula Mendonça is an executive, leadership, and team coach, and owner of Paula Mendonca Coaching & Consulting for the last five years. Prior to that she worked for over 25 years in the financial services industry with two of Canada’s largest insurance and banking companies. Paula’s on a mission to support executives and leaders to lead their teams and organizations profitably, and humanely.

As a woman of colour, she supports both diverse executives, leaders, teams, and those who have a vested interest in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces where everyone feels like they belong.

Paula has volunteered as a Cancer Transition Coach with Wellspring and as a Coach with Up With Women. She was a Parent Liaison with the Adoption Council of Ontario and has been a member of the School Parent Council of her daughter’s elementary school for the last four years.

Paula is honoured and excited to be selected as a judge, and to give back to the ICF Toronto Chapter and community where she was welcomed and supported when she began her coaching career. She looks forward to supporting the DEI goals of the Chapter to make the coaching awards excellence program more inclusive and equitable.
