Keys to Masterful Coaching – Presence and Partnership

with Jennifer Starr, MCC, CMC

The pathway to masterful coaching requires an introspective look at ourselves and how we authentically show up to be fully present as true partners with our clients. What are the distinctions of masterful coaching? How do we integrate our unique strengths and authentic selves into the ICF framework of the core competencies in a way that best serves our clients? Learn more about what distinguishes artful coaching from what we’ve been taught and/or adapted to.

In this presentation, Jennifer Starr, MCC will briefly discuss the “3-Legged Stool” which provides the foundational seat for masterful coaching…Proficiency, Presence and Partnership. She will offer a coaching demo with a participant, facilitate an interactive debrief, provide Q & A as time permits.

Objectives:

  • Clarity on the importance and subtleties of true partnership and what that really means in coaching
  • Keys to creating a safe, trusted and generative environment for client transformation and breakthrough
  • How to show up authentically as a partner without taking the focus off the client and their process
  • Distinctions of masterful coaching, i.e. moving from performance to presence and partnership
  • Invite a deeper curiosity and self-reflective practice
