Michelle Chambers, M.Ed., CHRL, CTDP, CSODP, CTPC

Michelle Chambers

A thought leader in team coaching and organization development, Michelle has provided global consulting, leadership and coaching for many organizations, including several of Canada’s Top 50 Employers. Clients have achieved individual, team and organizational effectiveness through enhanced collaboration; improved employee engagement; increased revenue and successful transformations. Michelle is most passionate about supporting leadership teams to enhance their team effectiveness by improving their collective capacity. Leadership teams have seen significant improvement in team performance factors such as alignment, trust, constructive interaction, communication, decision making and achievement of business strategies ranging from service delivery transformation to digital strategy transformation. Michelle is inspired to enable people to pursue their passion while achieving their purpose and enhancing performance. Her personal growth is evidenced by her degrees in Business, Psychology and Education, 4 professional designations and many coaching certifications. She is a Certified Team Performance Coach, Senior faculty member with Team Coaching International and the Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Organization Development at Schulich Executive Education Centre/York University. Michelle was formerly responsible for leadership development enterprise wide at Telus Mobility. She is an international speaker known for her practical and engaging sessions and has spoken at many conferences including: ICF; Strategic Capability Network, I4PL/CSTD, HRPA, Organization Development Network, TODN, IODA, Coach at Work and Conference Board of Canada. Michelle has also been interviewed by Global News, Canada HR Reporter and the Charles Adler Radio show. Her work has also been featured in Choice magazine, Coaching at Work magazine and the recently published “The Team Coaching Casebook”. Dominic Scaffidi, MCC

Dominic ScaffidiAs a certified executive coach, Dominic Scaffidi works with leaders and senior teams in many diverse industries. He has been recognized with four Prism awards for his work in a variety of organizations where he has trained hundreds of leaders and people managers “to be Great Coaches rather than good bosses.” He also supports entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve their business and career aspirations. Dr. Catherine Carr, PCC, RCC

Dr. Catherine Carr

Catherine is a Leadership and Team Coach and an Author. She has been a principal partner in Carr, Kline & Associates for 6 years. She specializes in leadership coaching, individual and team 360’s, group and team coaching, coach training and supervision, and facilitation. She has additional expertise in psychotherapy.

Catherine is the Resilience at Work Canadian Consortium Lead, Institute for Workplace Dynamics, Canadian Partner, Assistant Faculty for the International Systemic Team Coaching Training Program, one of the first 2018 Certified Designing Your Life Coaches, and a Master Corporate Coach with the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches.

Catherine has worked with leaders at all levels to set unique and rewarding development and career goals. She is known for her ability to successfully connect, motivate and support individuals and teams. In 2011 she helped design and launch a government team coaching service.

Catherine Carr completed a doctorate in 2012 in Leadership and Professional Coaching with Middlesex University, UK., winning the Goulding award for most outstanding professional doctorate of 2012. Through her research, She has co-developed a new High Performance Team Coaching System for leaders and coaches that is grounded in what we know actually creates effective teams. She is passionate about sharing her expertise on team effectiveness with leaders and organizations and also with coaches in her supervision practice.
