The Antidote to Othering is Belonging: Start with Yourself -  Part Two

Janet Harvey, MCC

After the amazing feedback we received from you, our members, on Janet’s talk earlier this year, which supported us as coaches to reflect on our own identity, beliefs, values, etc., and how they may affect our focus, our presence, and in turn, our clients - we are excited to bring back Janet Harvey to continue this important conversation in a ‘fire-side chat’ format.

We discussed powerful questions that help us better understand our clients lived experience and identity, and we had an opportunity to apply this in small groups.

We’ll have the opportunity for Q&A, micro skill-building and discussion.
