She is an international speaker known for her practical and engaging sessions and has spoken at many conferences including: ICF; Strategic Capability Network, I4PL/CSTD, HRPA, Organization Development Network, TODN, IODA, Coach at Work and Conference Board of Canada. Michelle has also been interviewed by Global News, Canada HR Reporter and the Charles Adler Radio show. Her work has also been featured in Choice magazine, Coaching at Work magazine and the recently published “The Team Coaching Casebook”. She has also had the privilege of participating on “The Team Coaching Zone” podcast.
