About Dorka Nagy-Józsa:

Dorka is a PCC-certified Executive Coach specializing in team and sport performance, as well as a Senior Sales and Operation Excellence consultant, and the CEO/Founder of Y2Y Ltd.

Y2Y has two main pillars: L&D consulting, and organizational effectiveness and supply chain. They are the first consulting company in Hungary to offer whole S&OP introduction programs, including intercompany cooperation, demand planning, supply chain planning, and S&OP meeting culture introduction.

As an L&D consulting company, they increase leaders' and organizations' consciousness levels using methods of individual and team coaching, organizational and leadership development, and authoring the world's 11th most-read leadership blog. The team has worked with millennials from more than 50 business organizations and partnered with various organizational and process development companies from the US to the Balkan region.

Prior to starting her own company in 2016, Dorka worked for 15 years in supply chain management. After receiving her MSc in Economics from the Budapest Corvinus University, she worked in air freight and road freight services at DHL. Later, she shifted her focus to the FMCG market and worked for Coca-Cola HBC for 10 years, holding various leadership positions from SAP SCM project manager to the Head of the Supply Chain Planning Team.
