Mindfulness can help you turn off a wandering mind and train your brain to pay better attention. It can also help you start your day from a place of calm and focus so you can get more from the conference.

In this brief practice, you’ll experience mindfulness and feel its benefits first hand. Never practiced mindfulness? No problem. I will walk you through the session so you just need to show up.

Not only is mindfulness helpful for you but can also be easily incorporated into your coaching.

About Wendy Woods, PCC

Wendy Woods is a PCC and an ACE Certified Coach who has been practicing Mindfulness for the last 16 years. She has a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto and also taught in their program. Two of her articles on Mindfulness have been published in the Rotman School of Management magazine.

She specializes in coaching disruptors, visionaries, and change makers to become great leaders. Her client’s include CBRE, Home Depot, and McDonald’s to name a few. Additionally, Wendy delivers Mindfulness as well Resilience and Emotional Intelligence workshops within organizations.

Outside coaching, her passion is water – being in, on or around it. Her ultimate dream is to contribute to cleaning up waterways for future generations.
