EQ-i2.0 Refresher Course with EI Advantage – May 16, 2023

Has it been a while since you have conducted a debrief with a client? Or perhaps you have been doing many debriefs but your clients are curious about “what next?” Join us for this online EQ-i2.0 Refresher to review the steps to a successful debrief. We will review:

  • the client report, and behaviors associated with composites and subscales, and the importance of balancing.
  • the coach report, response style explained including inconsistencies and positive/negative impressions,
  • practice debriefs in a safe and fun environment where we are all learning and will benefit from hearing how other’s approach a debrief. We will provide a sample report in advance.

**Each participant will receive a copy of our book – Emotional Intelligence: Your Foundation for Success (Amazon). We put together 45 exercises that reflect the composites and subscales. Our clients have already put them into practice and have reported enhanced EI.

Date: May 16, 2023 11-2 EST

Pricing: $249 CAD. A $35 Amazon gift card will be provided upon registration to purchase the book. Register here!

Pre-requisite: Certification in EQ-i2.0. Interested in certification? More info here.

From our graduates:

The biggest tangible change I’ve noticed from participating in the CRCP, is how I talk to my clients about resilience. What I appreciated the most about this program, is that it provided me with a workable framework to share the ideas around resilience with clients.

- Chantal Breytenbach, PhD, ACC

As a result of this program, I have achieved more optimal balance and a greater sense of well-being. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to increase their own resilience and coach others to increase theirs.

Mentor Coaching with Jo Bennett, ACPC, PCC, ACE

Engage with confidence in a personalized 1:1 space where you can flourish as a coach!

For five years I have mentored clients in the early stages of their coaching journey: individuals in ICF accredited education programs, those applying for an ACC or PCC credential, as well as ICF members renewing their ACC credential. I am specifically trained in mentor coaching, and I am registered as a mentor coach with the ICF.

I take a coach approach with mentor clients to deepen their self reflection skills, collaborating to explore growth edges while celebrating current gifts. There is ample time to steep in the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Competencies for rich alignment. We co-generate thoughtful feedback on two or more recorded calls. My coach clients build on insights discovered during and between our sessions, as they witness their growth in their own client’s results.

More information is available on my website: https://solomojo.ca/icf-mentor-coach/

It is a joy and privilege to work with newer coaches. Their dedication to learning inspires me to grow and thrive as a professional.

I look forward to working with you!
