Group Mentor or MCC Prep Group Mentor Coaching with Cathy Shaughnessy, MCC

Group Mentor Coaching

A message from Cathy “As a trained Mentor Coach, and ICF Assessor, I have provided hundreds of hours of feedback for credential candidates at all levels. AND I am still actively coaching my own executive clients (over 5000 hours and counting), so I know the credential challenges you are facing. As an MCC, I will work with you personally to ratchet up your mastery of the ICF Coach Core Competencies to successfully acquire or renew your ICF credential. You will earn 10 mentor coaching hours and 10 CCE units in the Core Competency category. Come join the next group! I'd love to work with you! https://perspectiveinaction.com/mentor-coaching-program

MCC Prep Group Mentor Coaching

A message from Cathy “Getting ready to take that big leap to your MCC credential can be daunting. I know, I've been there. Coaching for the 2500 hours you need for your application is only the first step. Once you've done that, you'll need to take a good hard look at your work to make sure you are aligning with the ICF Coach Core Competencies and meeting at least the minimum skill requirements at the MCC level. I am a trained Mentor Coach and ICF Assessor, and I have helped coaches attain their MCC credentials by working with me one-on-one, and in my MCC Prep Group Mentor Coaching programs. I work with all of my coach clients personally, whether in group mentor coaching or one-on-one sessions. Find out more: https://perspectiveinaction.com/mccprep
