Program Venue: Online

Author: “Gestalt Coaching Primer”, Director of Training for Gestalt Center for Coaching. Director: Awareness Intelligence Project
Workshop Overview:
All the research on coaching mastery tells us of the importance of coaching presence. And, the paradox is that that though masterful coaching entails active use of one’s presence-the work of discovering and using one’s presence ranges from the mysterious to the elusive. Recognition and leveraging of presence requires process skills that enables us as to support our clients to move forward toward awareness, choice, and opportunities for innovation.
Drawing from Gestalt foundations, this workshop offers a highly experiential, relational, and feedback-rich learning experience. Workshop design invites rich exchange, a co-created trustworthy learning space, committed peers and practice session(s) to incorporate new learning. Program material includes reading and post-program self-evaluation.,
Participants take-aways:
1. Become aware of the presence they evoke and provoke in others
2. Become aware of the strengths of their presence
3. Become aware of how they might be holding themselves back from a desired presence based on outdated habits
4. Become aware of the practices that support our being "in" our presence rather than the conditions that distract from our presence.
