Coaching Essentials is a 6-month program offered in either a fully virtual or blended format that introduces you to the essentials of leadership coaching through a highly interactive and experiential approach, enabling you to gain a deep understanding of what it means to lead and the confidence to inspire your own leaders to meaningful action.

Next fully virtual program begins: April 22, 2020 *Spots still available*

10 weeks of coursework (2 hours a week via Zoom) plus 8 weeks of practicum (1.5 hours a week via Zoom).

Accreditation:

  • Part 1 is WABC Accredited -- graduates earn the designation: Registered Corporate Coach™
  • Continue on with Parts 2 & 3 (Advanced) to earn your ICF ACC or PCC credential.

Virtual Facilitation Essentials

Needing to build your virtual facilitation toolkit quickly? Expand your toolkit for working in the virtual and remote space?

Join Effective Virtual Conversations Author Jennifer Britton for one-day or five-week offerings of Virtual Facilitation Essentials (8.5CCEs). It is geared to those leading coaching, leadership and facilitation conversations in the virtual and remote space.

This virtual train-the-trainer program covers the essentials of creating and leading more engaging virtual conversations on different platforms available (skype, zoom, Go To…). We explore:

  • Skills needed for exceptional virtual conversations;
  • Tools available to you as a virtual facilitator;
  • Building your toolkit of virtual coaching and facilitation approaches;
  • Designing for virtual with neuroscience in mind;
  • Tricky issues and how to mitigate
  • Plus micro-practice opportunities for practice

Upcoming Dates :

One Day offerings April 15, April 28 or May 4 (usually 9 – 4 30 pm ET); 5 week session starts May 4 (Mondays 1:30 – 245 pm ET).

ICF-Toronto Chapter Members (paid the $100 fee):
  • Limited to 1 free submission per month
  • Additional submissions $50/insertion
ICF-Toronto Guests:
  • Submission (up to 250 words with link to your site):  $100/insertion
Please note:
  • Submissions by ICF-Toronto Members will only be accepted for events they themselves are presenting.  All other events will be deemed to fall under the "Guest" category.
  • All listings are linked to our monthly e-bulletin that is published on the 15th of each month and emailed to all members (or next business day if the 15th falls on a weekend).
  • Maximum 250 words.
  • Submissions will be sent to mailto:kim@icftoronto.com in either plain text, HTML or Word doc format.
  • Payment must be received and processed by the deadline in order for the submission to be distributed.
  • Lead time:  All submissions must be received and paid for 8-10 business days before the publish date.
