Designing and Leading Virtual Conversations for Online Groups and Remote Teams

2020 - the year of remote, virtual, digital and online programming. As we step into 2021, remote, virtual, digital and online programming continues to be in the forefront. This year, remote teams are being called to be the engines of business, and individuals are craving deeper connections found in virtual group coaching.

Join one of the early innovators in this space as it relates to the coaching profession. Well known for her thought leadership and writing in the areas of group and team coaching as well as virtual conversations, we welcome Jennifer Britton.

In this presentation we'll be exploring

  • Core neuroscience principles to integrate into your virtual designs;
  • Seven Remote Enablers for supporting individuals, groups and teams; and
  • Six key elements which are important for creating impactful client-centred group and team coaching experiences in today's virtual context. 

Key coaching competencies for coaching teams and groups in the online space (including a look at the new ICF Core Team Coaching Competencies).

About Jennifer Britton

Author, Award-winning Program Designer, Virtual + remote teams, leaders, Group + team coach.

Jennifer is well known for her highly interactive, coaching focused, experiential processes in the virtual and remote space. She’s going to zoom into 6 key elements which are import for creating impactful client-centred group coaching experiences in today’s virtual context.

Jennifer Britton is the host of the Remote Pathways podcast. She’s also the author of five business publications including From One to Many: Best Practices for Teams and Group, PlanDoTrack (a workbook/planner for virtual and remote professionals, and Effective Virtual Conversations. She’s trained thousands of coaches around group coaching processes through her ICF CCE-approved programs – Group Coaching Essentials, Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum and Virtual Facilitation Essentials.

A CPCC and PCC, Jennifer is also a 2016 Recipient of the PRISM Award for Excellence in Coaching (ICF Toronto), and also was recognized with an Award of Excellence for Curriculum Design (2017).
