The Coach Connect program is a unique opportunity to bring together what our members love to do—with pro bono coaching opportunities—in support of causes that our members are passionate about. It makes coaching both accessible and available to organizations and the communities they serve.
In March 2019, at the Global Leaders Forum, the Coach Connect program received the ICF Foundation Gift of Coaching Portfolio award that recognizes an ICF Charter Chapter for its portfolio of three or more impactful non-profit, pro bono initiatives and its ongoing commitment to the ICF Foundation's ideals and values. ICF Toronto was recognized for four of the partner organizations including Up With Women, Ernestine's Women's Shelter, Bethell Hospice and Tropicana Community Services.
