This workshop aims to define mindfulness in relation to coaching – its advantages based on scientific studies, allow you to experience a few different practices that support the development of mindfulness, and be a motivating introduction to some techniques to use with your coachees.
About Catherine Venne
Catherine is a bilingual Yoga and Meditation Teacher passionate by mindfulness, sound yoga, trauma-informed yoga and yoga for women. For the past year, she has been involved with a community organization that supports single mothers.
Over the past few years, she has taken part in several yoga retreats in different countries, written texts on the mindfulness approach, and facilitated creativity and yoga workshops for adults, teens and children.
She is also a Human Resources Consultant with 15 years + of experience and specialized in Training Design, Facilitation and Management; Competency and Leadership Development and Career Solutions Consulting. She is a lecturer at the Université du Québec à Montréal, Faculty of the Education Sciences, and at the TÉLUQ, 2 francophone universities in Quebec.
Through her own company, she manages a team of 5 collaborators, offers training and linguistic services – strategic writing and translation.
In all fields of her career, she is committed to delivering timely information that reflects industry best practices, new trends in psychology and the needs of businesses and individuals.
