ICF Toronto Annual Awards Program

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) Toronto chapter annually recognizes, honours and celebrates individual members, volunteers, partners, and organizations in our community. The winners demonstrate a remarkable commitment to advancing the art, science, and positive impact of professional coaching in their communities and beyond.

ICF Toronto and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

Our PRISM awards will be undergoing some minor changes this year and major changes during the next awards cycle. In keeping with our DEI statement goals (below), we are working to address systemic barriers in the nomination and judging processes. We will continue to monitor the impact of these changes as we work to a more inclusive and equitable awards program.

ICF Toronto is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive association where all coaches and clientele are treated with respect and equality. We will embody a community of belonging through our policies, programs, and procedures.

Our journey includes undertaking foundational work that focuses on the following:

    • Ongoing individual and collective education
    • Identifying and addressing systemic barriers
    • Gathering and understanding the identities and needs of the chapter
    • Board accountability through transparency, collaboration, and thoughtfulness

The ICF Toronto PRISM Award celebrates businesses and organizations that have built a strong coaching culture, improved individuals' work experience and achieve measurable business outcomes as a result of coaching. Whether you are an internal or external coach, you may nominate an organization that you work with. Awards are given for profit and not-for-profit organizations.
