Communication Workshop

This 12-week group programme is designed to review, teach, and strengthen healthy communication skills. It is for adults who wish to maintain, improve, or enrich their relationships through effective communication.

The group will meet every other week for a total of 6 sessions, with additional debriefing opportunities between sessions. The programme will take place on Thursday evenings in Toronto (St. Clair Ave West and Bathurst St, near St. Clair West subway station).

The cost of the programme is covered by OHIP for attendees (missed sessions are billed directly). There is a $100 fee for course materials.

The programme is led by Dr. Ninia Lupovici, a GP therapist and Ayelet Magen, a life coach practitioner. Dr. Lupovici has over 20 yrs experience in treating adults in individual therapy. She has training in CBT, CCRT and brief psychodynamic techniques. Ayelet Magen is a certified Co-active coach with extensive experience in Human Resource management. She was trained at CTI and The Adler School of Coaching in Toronto.

This programme is appropriate for individuals who:

-Want to better their communication with others,

-Are interested in participating in a group format (up to 12 participants), and

-Are able to commit to six 3-hour sessions every other week.

Note: All applicants must have a suitability assessment before joining the programme. This programme is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy.

ADLER Group Mentoring Sessions

The sessions will include 10 hours of Mentor Coaching as required for ICF accreditation. Seven hours are provided by group teleconference and three hours provided as one to one telecall hours with a highly experienced Mentor coach from ADLER faculty. The program includes demos, exercises and peer coaching. Group size is a minimum of six and a maximum of 10 participants. Requirements: A minimum of 60 hours or coach specific training and two active coaching clients. Tuition is $899.00 plus HST from 12:00 - 3:00 pm EST.
