Join us March 25th., when Cinnie Noble will speak about Conflict Management Coaching: Helping Our Clients Find their Way Through Conflict.

It is inevitable that our clients - no matter what type of coaching we are providing - will raise concerns about interpersonal conflicts they are experiencing in their workplaces, homes, with families and friends and in other contexts in which they work and play. It can be a challenge, especially for those of us who avoid conflict or find it challenging to know how to 'be' at these times.

Please join this month's interactive session when conflict specialist and coach Cinnie Noble will share important aspects of a specialized form of coaching - known as conflict management coaching. She will tell us about her well-researched 7 stage CINERGY model for helping people strengthen their ability to engage in conflict more effectively and to do so with increased confidence and competence. Cinnie will also provide tips about coaching clients through their conflicts, and participants will have the opportunity to try out a specific coaching tool she created.

About Cinnie Noble

Cinnie Noble is a lawyer, mediator and certified coach (PCC) who developed the CINERGY model of conflict management coaching in 1999. She is the author of Conflict Management Coaching: The CINERGY Model (2011) and Conflict Mastery Questions to Guide You (2014) and coaches and trains coaches worldwide in her unique and well-researched model. A former Board member of ICF-GTA, Cinnie has co-hosted ICF's Conflict Management Coaching Community of Practice since 2008.
