Projecting Executive Presence
with Guest Speaker
Do your clients exude confidence and credibility? Can they command a room? Do they have executive presence?
Executive presence is no longer a nice to have; it’s essential. Having a strong executive presence is no longer associated with the charismatic leader, or the most senior of leaders. Today, all executives are challenged to authentically communicate with confidence and to build credibility, trust, and influence with a broad range of stakeholders.
The good news is that executive presence is very teachable. In this session you’ll learn more about the importance of executive presence and discover how your clients can be more intentional in cultivating their executive presence. Helping your clients to enhance their executive presence will enable them to signal they’re “leadership material” and that they “have what it takes.” After all, executives are judged on presence as well as performance.
In this session you will learn:
- What is executive presence?
- Why is it important?
- How can you develop it in yourself and your clients?
