About your coach of the hour - Jennifer Britton

An award-winning program designer and coach, Jennifer has spent three decades supporting groups and teams through conversation in all it’s different forms. She’s well known for writing the world’s first book on group coaching, Effective Group Coaching, used by coach training schools since 2010.

Planning and programming has been a cornerstone of her work since the early 1990s. From designing and leading multi-sectoral programming with the UN, to working with entrepreneurs, great programming comes down to Planning, Doing and Tracking. Her latest book is entitled PlanDoTrack™, and is a workbook and planner geared for virtual and remote professionals (leaders, teams and entrepreneurs).

Jennifer founded Potentials Realized, a Canadian-based performance improvement company in 2004, and works with clients around coaching skills training, leadership, business and teamwork. She also offers a range of ICF CCE approved programs in the areas of group and team coaching training, including the Group Coaching Essentials program.
