Join us on February 17, 2016 at the ICF-Toronto Chapter meeting, with speaker Clare Cheesewright.

Does politics always have to be so polarising?

Having witnessed too many accomplished leaders crashing and burning in the face of office politics, Clare developed a passion for bringing it to the centre of her coaching conversations. Please join her for a practical and insightful session where she will talk about how to encourage your coaching clients to embrace the political agenda and leverage it’s power for the greater good.

About the speaker

Clare Cheesewright is a highly experienced Executive Coach and works with many senior leaders across a range of sectors including; financial services, healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, retailing and technology.

Clare combines her passion for organizational excellence with her extensive knowledge of human behaviour and leadership development to drive ambitious transformational agendas. She has a reputation for having insightful, challenging conversations which generate strategically sound practical solutions to the most complex of scenarios. She facilitates her clients’ self-awareness and personal growth which in turn allows them to maximize their leadership impact in their chosen organization.

Most recently, she set up her own coaching practice here in Canada and has clients across the country as well as in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Prior to that, she worked in the UK and Europe and had a diverse career in Human Resources first with Pepsi, then the National Health Service and more latterly with the Electrolux Group where she was a member of their operating board and head of HR for the UK business.

In addition to her under graduate and post graduate qualifications in education, Clare is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and has extensive credentials in the field of Executive coaching. She is also on the Board of the Lighthouse Program for Grieving Children and devotes her coaching skills to this rapidly growing organization.

Help your clients to awaken the force, release their inner Yoda and work with both sides for the greater Good!
