What is the ICF Toronto PRISM Award?

The ICF Toronto PRISM Award is to recognize and showcase organizations that are using coaching to achieve measurable business results and a positive impact on their people.

Created by the Toronto Chapter in 2000, we are proud that this successful model was adopted by ICF International in 2005.

How have you used coaching to deliver a positive impact in an organization?
Showcase Excellence in Coaching and recognize the organization you worked with by nominating them for a PRISM award.

PRISM Award nominations have three requirements:

  1. ICF credentialed coach who has participated in creating an impactful, sustainable coaching culture, as nominator.
  2. Implementation of coaching program, at least four months prior to the nomination
  3. Evidence of:
     - How the program adheres to ICF Standards,
     - How the program addresses and aligns with organizational strategy,
     - How coaching has been embedded into the organization, and 
     - How coaching has had an observable and measurable impact.

The five available award categories:
  • Large Private Sector: 500 plus employees
  • Mid-Size Private Sector: 50 to 499 employees
  • Small Private Sector: 1 to 49 employees
  • Not-for-Profit Sector
  • Public Sector
