Deborah has coached, mentored and consulted to organizations and individuals for 30 years. Her work as both a corporate executive, independent consultant, career transition coach, executive recruiter, and OD/HR/Leadership consultant has given her a deep insight into what it takes to success in diverse environments.
Deborah has a unique expertise in building high trust relationships and organizations. She also has worked in Canada's North and with First Nations and Inuit communities. She is a good mentor and coach who knows when to take a hand and guide and when to allow her clients to discover on their own.

With a professional background including 20 years of experience coaching senior executives and 17 years in corporate HR leadership roles across North America, she set out to create a coaching business that large corporate clients would recognize as distinctive in this competitive industry. Impact currently serves large blue chip clients in a variety of industries across the globe.Sandra’s human resources and consulting experience includes managing human resource functions across North America, assisting in large scale change initiatives, and providing her expertise on leadership development and employee motivation.
